STUDENT CENTRAL

1. What is the difference between the two Student Types? How do these affect enrollment?A. Regular Students strictly adhere to their respective program's curriculum.B. Irregular Students are not subject to the standard flow of their program's given curriculum.C. All regular freshmen students will have Batch Enrollment, except for BS Nursing students who will have Fixed Batch Enrollment.D. All regular Upperclassmen students will have Free Course Enrollment, except for BS Nursing students who will have Fixed Batch Enrollment and BS Architecture students who will enroll through Batch Enrollment method.E. All irregular students will have to enroll through Free Course Enrollment.2. When accessing my Student Central it always says, “Already logged into another computer.” What should I do?Simply follow these steps:A. Log out of the account in the device properly.
B. Clear browsing history.
C. Use your web browser's given private browsing feature. Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome's Incognito Mode is recommended for easier navigation.
D. Log in again after 15-30 mins.
3. Why is my academic standing “Unrated”?The new academic standing is updated annually. This means that students still have to wait for the second semester's grades for the academic standing to be rated. Therefore, you are not expected to have any issues with your enrollment. Just proceed with the enrollment procedure.4. What are the differences among Fixed Batch enrollment, Batch enrollment, and Free Course enrollment?A. Batch enrollment is when you have a choice to pick a certain block with its respective schedule.
B. Fixed batch enrollment means that your block for the first semester will still be your block for the second semester. Basically, your block number in the first semester will be retained for the next one.
C. In free course enrollment, you have to manually create your own schedule of courses.
5. Is the wrp course included for the computation of my GWA?WRP grades are not counted in calculating GPA/QPA. If you have further concerns, direct them to the following emails:

PAYMENT CONCERNS

1. When should I pay for the remaining outstanding balance in my account?Please pay your remaining balance on or before the end of the semester. Unsettled payments prevent a student from enrolling for the upcoming semester.In addressing the concern further, kindly message the following emails:

DEPARTMENT CONCERNS

1. One of my preferred courses is not offered this semester, is there any way that it can be made available?You may petition the subject to be made available. Coordinate with the department first to know the requirements needed in order to make the preferred subject available.2. Why am I tagged as an irregular in my Student Central account even though I have no failing subjects?For 1st Year and 4th Year students: You might have back subjects. or subjects that you weren't able to enroll in or take during the previous semester/s.For 2nd Year and 3rd Years students: All 2nd Year and 3rd Year students are tagged as irregulardue to subject movement this semester. This does not affect your scholarship if ever you have one.3. How many electives do we need to take?You need to have 5 electives of your own choice. 4. What are the enrollment dates for this coming school year?Enrollment schedule for First Semester:
Enrollment Period: July 31 - August 12, 2023
Start of Classes: August 14, 2023
Late Enrollment: August 14 - 26, 2023
Adjustment Period: August 14 - 26, 2023
Enrollment schedule for Second Semester:
Enrollment Period: January 2 - 13, 2024
Start of Classes: January 15, 2024

**5. What are we allowed to wear on campus?A. Monday - Wednesday: Students are required to wear their Institute Polo, Prescribed Program Uniforms, NSTP Shirt, WRP Uniform, or any FEU Shirt.
B. Thursday - Saturday: Students are allowed to wear civilian attire provided that it is still in adherence to the dress code.

1. What if I fail to take some of the mandatory course subjects from the previous semester?You will be marked as an irregular student in your FEU Student Central account. You will retake the subject again, upon its availability.2.If I get into the Dean’s List and I want to be an academic scholar, can I apply?An email will be sent to you from the FEU Scholarships if you are qualified for a slot in the academic scholarships.
